I help managers become leaders

For 16 years, I led teams and projects as a finance professional in multinational companies. Throughout my career, I worked as an accountant, project manager, business analyst, finance manager.
I spent most of my career in General Electric, learning from and observing the best managers, growing together with talented and motivated people, enjoying the culture of respect, courage and hard work.
When I became a manager, I learnt to manage people while maintaining the same engagement and quality of work. At first, it was hard to let go and trust the team, not because they were not capable, but because I used to do everything independently. Prioritization, delegation, time management – I had to learn it fast.
The most challenging part was to find my own voice and management style that suited me, served my values and got me the results I wanted. It took time to find a perfect blend which would make me an effective leader empowering others, decisive and brave, vulnerable and strong, trusting and trustworthy with unshaken integrity.  And once I discovered it, it became my brand.
Mentoring and coaching was a part of my job, and as I observed how my team members grow, get promoted and appreciated, I realized this was the best part of my career.
I know how difficult it is to be a new manager when all is new and so important! When you might be afraid to raise your voice, take a decision, delegate, fail. Finding your voice, building your brand and being a brave leader is a challenge, and I can help you on your way.
I became a professional coach because I believe that the world needs kind and strong leaders who are not afraid to show their vulnerability, respect and trust others, empower, and make their people grow.

On a personal note, I love Baltic Sea, it is my safe place and a symbol of freedom. Don’t know if it’s the cold wind, the smell of water or the feeling of no limits, this is the place where I feel truly unlimited.
I was born in Łódź, where I spent most of my life. Since 2007 I live and work in Budapest, learning the impossible language and discovering the joys of living in a multilingual family.
I love reading, play volleyball and practise yoga (well, at least sometimes) and I recently started learning how to play tennis (as it is never too late to start something new, right?)

I coached and mentored throughout my career, and I am proud to say that I “raised” and supported many great people, helped them navigate and follow their path to success.
Now, I am a full-time coach and I am dedicated entirely to supporting and growing young and ambitious managers. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), studied with Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and I hold a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My studies equipped my passion and experience with powerful tools and knowledge to better and more effectively support you on your way of personal and professional development.
